Romanetha Looper - Club 2-5-2 Director

Romanetha began working with Sunshine as a volunteer in the summer of 2007, as a concerned parent and community partner of Woodlawn, where she resides. She has been the After School Director for Club 2-5-2 since August of 2008.

Romanetha also serves on the board and is the co-founder of Demoiselle 2 Femme, a national organization that provides holistic mentoring for girls 14-19 years old, as they transition into womanhood.

Her passion is to create and be apart of an exceptional educational system that promotes academic excellence for all youth. Currently, she attends Northeastern Illinois University and will graduate May 2010 will a B.A. in Elementary Education and minor in Inner City Studies.

She enjoys music, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Ben, and two sons, Gordon and Elijah.
